Captures your voicemails
Auto Absence picks up every message left by a parent or guardian, and processes it for you.
Transcribes messages
Every voicemail is written up into Arbor, so you get a completely accurate record of each message.
Adds the absence code
Auto Absence then assigns the message to the correct student and adds the right absence code, leaving you with a neat list of absent students to review.
Improves data accuracy
The absence will be recorded on the attendance register with the absence code and the transcription of the note from the voicemail.
